Comcast / Xfinity Mobile
Supply chain analytics dashboard for a national MVNO operator — device inventory by SKU, demand vs. supply weekly tracking, regional fulfillment rates, reverse logistics, and NPI launch timeline. The kind of dashboard mobile device supply chain planning teams actually run.

The brief.
Mobile device supply chains have constraints that don't show up in generic CPG analytics — OEM coordination, network operator certification timelines, NPI launch coordination across regional warehouses. I built this project to think through how I'd structure planning analytics for a national MVNO like Xfinity Mobile.
The work.

How I approached it.
- Built three tabs: Inventory & Supply (on-hand vs. target, days of supply by product), Demand & Fulfillment (weekly demand-supply variance, regional fill rate), and Reverse Logistics & NPI (returns, refurb, defective; launch timeline gantt).
- Modeled six SKUs across three OEMs with realistic seasonal demand patterns.
- Designed for a mobile device supply chain context, not generic CPG.
The outcomes.
- Demonstrated specific mobile device supply chain awareness rather than generic BI capability.
- Tab structure separates short-cycle ops, mid-cycle planning, and reverse/NPI.
- Reusable for any MVNO or carrier supply chain analytics context.
