The brief.
CCC Intelligent Solutions is the largest auto-claims platform in North America, and they recently acquired EvolutionIQ to push deeper into AI-driven claims automation. I built this project to think through what claims intelligence looks like when AI adoption itself is one of the metrics being tracked, not just an underlying technology.
The work.

How I approached it.
- Grounded the dashboard in CCC's public Crash Course 2026 report and the EvolutionIQ acquisition press materials.
- Three tabs: Claims Performance Intelligence (cycle time, subrogation, NPS), AI Adoption (auto-estimation rate, model lift), Client KPI Reporting.
- Used a light theme to mirror CCC's actual brand — small detail, but it reads as native to the company rather than a generic dashboard.
The outcomes.
- Surfaced the AI adoption layer as a top-level metric, not buried in technical reports.
- Three tab structure separates operations, AI, and clients — three distinct stakeholder views.
- Reusable for any insurance carrier exploring AI auto-estimation impact.
The stack.
